This venue has friendly staff with excellent customer service.

The staff here was really helpful and attentive. The food was good. The room was fairly quiet and warm, with a jacuzzi, clean bathroom, and a double bed. The location is central, close to beaches, numerous stores, restaurants, and Ocean City.

We booked a double room with good facilities, and the staff was really helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay.

The room is spacious with a jacuzzi, and they provide a wake-up service, as well as a microwave and a fridge.

I was booked at this hotel for work. I enjoyed that it was located just 30mins - 40mins from Rehoboth beach & Ocean City.

I did not like the not so much friendly greeting. I work in customer service and I know that the face of your company relies on the first person you see and interact with. That person sets the tone for everything else. When I checked in there was an older gentleman sitting on the couch (who I thought was a guest) asked after I looked around for a bit "can he help me". I informed him that I wanted to check in. The gentlemen stood and walked over behind the counter to which to he seemed very confused and dazed. The next day as I walked in across the lobby I smiled and said hello to the receptionist who just stared at me with a straight face :( so needless to say the front receptionist are not very friendly. This place has a pool, but do not expect to get anything more than your feet wet. for the size of the hotel you would think that they would have a pool big enough to fit more than 5 people at a time in it. The rooms were average - no complaints there.

This place is conveniently situated near Lewes and a store, and I enjoyed having tea and treats at Donut Connection, just 6 miles away.

My room was clean and very nice. The Breakfast was great:-)! I would give this place 8 stars based off of my room cleanliness and breakfast alone.

What I didn't like was how noisey it was. There was a party in the meeting room which was the second floor near my room that played loud music like a club from 5pm-9:30pm I couldn't sleep plus children where also running through the hall non stop between that time being very disruptive! This was my WORST experience ever. It was enough to drive you crazy!! That being said I give this place ZERO stars for the noise level.

The room includes a refrigerator, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk, located conveniently, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and there's an amazing pool.

The location was perfect for us

Tiles in the bathroom cracked, no towel rack, edges of the walls by the floor not done. Breakfast should include gluten free muffins or breads

The hotel is newly decorated and has a good standard. The staff is pleasant and provides great customer service. Rooms are huge and perfectly clean. Amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and towels are provided in the room. There are lots of great food options nearby. The hotel has an excellent location close to Delaware and various stores and shopping locations.

Breakfast was good, area was clean, and morning staff was very friendly and helpful

On our last night of our stay there was a mouse in our room. I told the front desk person and he was very polite and offered to change our room. Since we were leaving early the next morning and my husband was sound asleep there was no way we could move. I had to take all the luggage out to the car after midnight so that the mouse would not be into our belongings.

The room was cozy and super clean, equipped with a nice big bed and a tidy bathroom 🌟. They offered a good breakfast with lots of choices.

charged me for a room I had previously cancelled and charged $50 deposit for 2 rooms , that's $100 they still owe me , for non smoking deposit , was suppose to refund have not received refund yet called several times. Have to get bank on it Took forever to get checked in, clerk didn't seem to know the computer or something. Location was the only reason we stayed

The hotel's location near restaurants was convenient and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and provided good service, making my stay pleasant.
